Understanding Your Arnio Dashboard

Learn how to read your Arnio dashboard and understand what Arnio is tracking.

Written by Greg Jones

Overview

Your Arnio dashboard gives you a quick view of how shoppers are interacting with your store.

It helps you understand:

  • How many shoppers Arnio is detecting

  • Which shoppers are showing buying intent

  • Which shoppers are being routed into follow-up flows

  • How much revenue is connected to Arnio activity

Shoppers Detected

Shoppers Detected shows how many shoppers Arnio has seen on your store.

This includes shoppers who visit your site, view products, browse collections, return to the site, or take other actions.

Engaged Shoppers

Engaged Shoppers are shoppers taking meaningful actions on your store.

Examples include:

  • Viewing products

  • Viewing collections

  • Returning to your site

  • Adding items to cart

  • Starting checkout

These shoppers are showing stronger buying behavior than someone who only visited once and left.

Routed Shoppers

Routed Shoppers are shoppers Arnio has identified as ready for follow-up.

These shoppers may be routed into a recommended journey or marketing flow based on their activity.

For example, a shopper who views the same product multiple times may be routed into a high-intent browse flow.

Attributed Revenue

Attributed Revenue shows revenue connected to shoppers Arnio helped detect, score, or route.

This helps your team understand how Arnio is contributing to sales from engaged shoppers.

Shopper Activity

The activity section shows recent shopper behavior across your store.

This may include:

  • Product viewed

  • Collection viewed

  • Added to cart

  • Checkout started

  • Returned to site

  • Purchase completed

This helps you see what shoppers are doing before they buy or leave.

Intent Signals

Intent signals help Arnio understand how close a shopper may be to buying.

A shopper who views one page may have low intent.

A shopper who views multiple products, returns to the site, adds to cart, or starts checkout may have higher intent.

Arnio uses these signals to help your team follow up with the right shoppers at the right time.

What to do next

After reviewing your dashboard, check that your recommended journeys and flows are active.

This helps Arnio turn shopper intent into follow-up actions.
