Overview
Connecting Shopify allows Arnio to track shopper activity across your store.
Once connected, Arnio can begin tracking signals such as:
Product views
Collection views
Add-to-cart activity
Checkout activity
Returning shopper visits
Purchase activity
This helps Arnio understand which shoppers are showing buying intent.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
Access to your Arnio account
Admin access to your Shopify store
Permission to approve app installs or integrations
Step 1: Log in to Arnio
Go to arnio.co and click Login.
Sign in to your Arnio account.

Step 2: Go to Integrations
From your Arnio dashboard, go to:
Settings → Integrations
Then select Shopify.
Step 3: Connect your Shopify store
Click Connect Shopify.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Shopify store URL.
Example:
yourstore.myshopify.com
Step 4: Approve the connection
After entering your store URL, you’ll be redirected to Shopify.
Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
This allows Arnio to connect with your Shopify store and begin tracking shopper activity.
Step 5: Return to Arnio
Once approved, you’ll be redirected back to Arnio.
You should now see Shopify marked as Connected.
Step 6: Confirm tracking is active
After Shopify is connected, Arnio will begin tracking shopper behavior across your store.
You may start seeing activity appear in your dashboard as shopper sessions come in.
This can include:
Product browsing
Collection browsing
Cart activity
Checkout behavior
Returning shopper activity

What happens next?
Once your Shopify store is connected, Arnio can begin identifying shopper behavior and intent across your site.
As data starts coming in, you’ll be able to view shopper activity inside your Arnio dashboard.
Troubleshooting
Shopify is not connecting
Make sure you entered the correct Shopify store URL and that you have admin access to the store.
I approved the connection but do not see data yet
Tracking may take a little time to appear once shopper activity starts coming through your store.
I was not redirected back to Arnio
Try reconnecting Shopify from the Integrations page. If the issue continues, contact the Arnio team.
