Connect Arnio to Klaviyo

Learn how to connect Arnio to Klaviyo so shopper intent signals can sync into your marketing flows.

Overview

Connecting Arnio to Klaviyo allows Arnio to send shopper activity and buying intent signals into your Klaviyo account.

Once connected, you can use Arnio data to help power flows such as:

  • High-intent browse recovery

  • Cart and checkout recovery

  • Returning shopper flows

  • Win-back flows

  • Repeat purchase campaigns

Arnio does not replace Klaviyo. Arnio helps Klaviyo understand which shoppers are showing stronger buying intent.


Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • Access to your Arnio account

  • Admin access to your Klaviyo account

  • Your Shopify store connected to Arnio

  • Permission to approve integrations inside Klaviyo

We recommend connecting Shopify first before connecting Klaviyo.


Step 1: Log in to Arnio

Go to:

arnio.co

Click Login and sign in to your Arnio account.


Step 2: Go to Integrations

From your Arnio dashboard, go to:

Settings → Integrations

Then select Klaviyo.


Step 3: Connect Klaviyo

Click Connect Klaviyo.

You will be redirected to Klaviyo to approve the connection.


Step 4: Approve access in Klaviyo

Inside Klaviyo, review the requested permissions and approve the connection.

This allows Arnio to sync shopper intent events and profile properties into Klaviyo.


Step 5: Return to Arnio

Once approved, you will be redirected back to Arnio.

You should see Klaviyo marked as Connected.


Step 6: Confirm your sync is active

After Klaviyo is connected, Arnio will begin syncing eligible shopper signals based on your routing settings.

You may start seeing Arnio-related events or properties inside Klaviyo after shopper activity is detected.


What Arnio sends to Klaviyo

Arnio can send signals such as:

  • Shopper intent level

  • Last shopper action

  • Product or collection viewed

  • Returning shopper activity

  • Cart or checkout behavior

  • Recommended journey or flow type

These signals help your team send more relevant follow-ups based on where each shopper is in their buying journey.


What to do next

After connecting Klaviyo, we recommend setting up your first Arnio-powered flows:

  1. High-Intent Browse Flow

  2. Cart / Checkout Recovery Flow

  3. Returning Shopper Flow

These flows help you follow up with shoppers who are showing real buying behavior but have not purchased yet.


Troubleshooting

Klaviyo is not connecting

Make sure you are logged into the correct Klaviyo account and have admin permissions.

I do not see Arnio data in Klaviyo yet

Arnio data will appear once shopper activity is tracked and eligible shoppers are routed.

My flows are not triggering

Check that:

  • Klaviyo is connected

  • Shopify is connected

  • Your Arnio routing settings are turned on

  • The shopper qualifies for routing based on your intent settings
